I was attracted to this faucet for its visual beauty. I also like the price it was great. After having it installed the and using it for about a month. The decorative emblem button that indicates with 2 dots a blue for cold a red for hot to show the direction you move the arm to get that temperature popped out. At first Ithought it was a screw. I realized it just inserts back in. After closer look I noticed it had one of the two smalllegs that keep it in the hole had broke off. This was suppose to be a commercial grade for home use. I discussed it with a friend who said it happens to every faucet with that particular button. It doesn’t matter the cost level of faucets. All of them loose that decorative button. It all comes down to poor design! Please help by eliminating this defective design and come up with a better option. Note the Company who distributes these faucets on AmazonMade good and replaced the entire faucet free of charge. Amazon offered only $60 back on the $80 it cost after receiving the damaged faucet or 20% without returning which would be $16. I refused and checked the brochure and found a contact email which gave me the full credit!

I connected the faucet to the cold and hot sources under my kitchen sink. Those seem solid. However, there is a connection for the faucet that allows it to extend - it is internal and is part of the product. That connection is failing currently. I've tried several variations of hooking it up but they all result in leaks of various extremes. I think there must be a missing washer or the like, but I'm not sure what it is. However, it is crippling because I can't use the sink now and need to wait until either I get a plumber to take a look and see if it is flexible or until I get another unit shipped. Either way, I'm in a less than awesome spot.

Dislike its so high and water splashes all over but like the ease of use and appearance.

I was on the fence in regards to the quality until I received the product. Very nice. It's larger than I thought but the quality, function and looks are spot on. I bought another for a spare.

The faucet fell apart during installation. The line that you put the weight on that allows the faucet to move in and out attaches to a small line that is screwed into the body of the faucet. That piece came out. We tried screwing it back in and reattaching the longer line, but then everything was leaking from inside the faucet body. Have installed many faucets and never had anything like that happen!

This was bought around two years ago for my mother’s apartment renovation. She doesn’t cook much so it’s not that the faucet has been used a lot, and yet the round button which indicates hot/cold keeps coming off. We bought this because it said it was for commercial kitchens thinking it would last. Extremely disappointed.
