It did give me an energy boost. However, I found myself gritting my teeth. I've taken it for over three weeks and haven't experienced any substantial benefits. Also, beware....I ordered on their web site for a free trial. Just paid shipping. After 14 days, I was charged $79.00 for that order. I was also started on an auto-ship program in which the information is very well hidden on their site. I've since cancelled my account.

Seems to work okay. Like one dose once a day.Would like to get the free bottle.
