Excellent BLDC Fan โ Energy Efficient & Super Convenient!
I recently purchased the **Orient BLDC fan with remote control**, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The BLDC technology is truly impressive. It consumes much less electricity compared to a regular fan, which helps reduce our electricity bill without compromising on performance. The airflow is strong, smooth, and provides excellent cooling even at medium speed. The remote control is very convenient, especially at night. Changing the speed or switching the fan on and off without getting up is a great feature. The fan runs quietly, looks stylish, and feels like a premium product. It's a Good product and the airflow it deliver is amazing. Running smoothly on 199 V. For noise I usually care as long as it can run smoothly on low voltage.

Stopped working after two years.

Product is good. But only single light indication on fan doesn't tell in which speed fan is running. Otherwise all ok. But not sure about binding motor is almunium or copper. And one more thing when I ask customer care for 3 years warranty conditions they told me that no service charge will be payable but you have to pay for any part change. This confuse more to me what is the mean for 3 years warranty when I have to pay for this. I request to company please clarify on this.

Good product bad installation
Electricity consumption is reduced certainly by 20% just be replacing 1 fan. However post few days of installation, it started making noise while rotating. Good part is Orient Technician visited soon after registering a complaint via their chatbot. Its surprising noise problem was resolved by removing a ring which was left ( not sure why ) inside of the motor. Technician removed two coupled parts to take the aluminium ring out. Now the noise is gone completely.
