Wonderful product, and the seller is great at working through issues

I submitted a detailed review over packaging and shipping and how much of a all round awesome & fast experience I had with the seller etc but apparently that wasn’t posted as it is “against community guidelines or policy or whatever” like seriously? What does a customer rate if not there experience? Anyway the product is TASTY AND DELICIOUS to say the least cause apparently cause thats all I am allowed to say by odd guidelines *eyeroll* 5/5 overall experience and for the product both!!! Meat is clear of fat like u wouldn’t believe but that also means there is a slight liveried taste when it is eaten “which is very normal” with many “non fatty” game meats so please cook with care after good research to change that if u don’t like that slight aftertaste.

I have ordered elk steaks several times. The first couple of orders were excellent steaks. The most recent order consisted of some 8 oz. steaks and some small medallion cuts instead of "real, whole steaks". THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. I AM NOT INCLINED TO BUY ELK STEAKS AGAIN, UNLESS I CAN VERIFY MY PURCHASES, BEFORE THEY ARE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED. It embarrassing to buy 4 steaks to cook for 4 adults and not have promised guests to expect real elk steaks they are accustomed to at my table!!!

As advertised, not sure if the price is "worth it" but Elk is rare and the product was expertly packed and shipped on time. The meat was everything I expected.

Excellent quality and customer service

I have hunted, prepared and cooked venison (elk and deer) my entire adult life, this elk steak is tuff, grisly and not worth the money, I gave it one star, because zero was not a choice

My guests could not believe how delicious the meat was. I’m a vegetarian because of health issues but I wanted my guests to try something new. My son loved it he went online to learn how to cook it properly. He did all the cooking

The package was leaking blood when it arrived. It frightened the delivery driver a bit. When I opened the individual packages, there were no nice steaks. It was more like random pieces of elk meat. The elk had good flavor. Just not what an expected or paid for.
