I'm not sure about this one. I bought it replace an old one, by a different manufacturer, as I'd run out of strips, and there were no replacements available. The first reading I took with the new one was way above the most recent one on my old one (my readings from that had been consistent over the last couple of years). Rather alarmed, I did it again, immediately, using a different finger and got a different result. A third time - a different result from the first two. Different enough to make the difference between 'I'm fine, no need to worry' and 'Oh, my God, I'd better get to the doctor right away.' So - no. I don't trust it.

Very poor quality and difficult therefore to use!!! Do not buy!!
