great OBD2 dongle. have this paired to my Android headunit & running the torque pro app. Installation is a breeze, just plug it in , no additional wires, or anything.

Bought the two pack so I could keep 1 in my truck, and use the other to monitor stuff on my 2016 KTM 390 Duke with the other. Well, 1st, it took over a half a frustrating hour to get the things to pair with my phone & the Torque Pro app... Did this in the garage on the KTM, and FINALLY got them to work on it... Move over to the truck, no dice, they will not communicate at all with the truck ecu... Waste of time, money, and a lot of aggravation to boot. Thought they would be the exzct same as the one I had to replace after 10+ years, since they looked identical. Well they are not! If anything, I expected them to work in the truck & require a bit of fiddling on the bike since it has newed CAN messaging, but this was the complete opposite... What a pain in the butt!

Works as it should, it wont display 'everything' because those info varies from car to car

They work but hard to pair with some phones and tablets , Could get to pair with the tablet style head unit running android 13 I installed to use car scanner apps . Paired well with Samsung fold 6 & AlphaObd paid verison software VERY useful for Ram air suspension problems ! Get out of Plant or limp home mode without disconnecting battery .

Much to my displeasure, I found out the hard way that these extremely inexpensive units do *not* work on all of the OBD protocols. You need to know what OBD protocol your vehicle or vehicles use before buying this unit. It works fine on many modern vehicles, however on many late 90s and early 2000s General Motors and Ford vehicles (and I am sure there are others), it simply will not work.

Out of 2 one would not pair and the one that piairs does not send dats

I am pleased with this product. I needed to get my car smogged and my mechanic said I needed to drive 200 mile and 15 warmups. He said that would take about two weeks! I didn't have that kind of time and went to YouTube and learned I could do what I need in less than an hour. This ELM327 unit paired with Car Scanner app on my phone showed me everything I needed to get all the test to run and I got my car successfully smogged the following morning! You can spend a lot more money on other readers but why unless you are trying to use coding options.

Great price for two, works with the torque app. But what is that cd for, I can't use it anyway but I have no idea what it is for.
