Advice: keep scrolling and don’t buy this coffee machine
Terrible coffee machine and terrible customer support from Smeg. Four weeks after we bought it, it stopped working.Smeg took it away for two weeks to fix, it came back and their support team lied to me and told me nothing was wrong with it but it came back with changed settings and it was fixed. Only temporarily though and now it has broken again - and the only support Smeg offered was videos on how to make coffee! Trying to arrange a refund with Amazon, who are being helpful luckily.I would not buy a Smeg product ever again. Plenty of better brands out there

Coffee is too cold.
For the look… 100%. The quality of coffee is awful. I tried everything but the coffee was too cold. Item being sent back. For SMEG, this is really disappointing.

It wasn't a good purchase at all. I bought the machine on sale. The coffee grinder got clogged. I requested an exchange, the seller initially agreed, then said they were out of stock and refunded my money Seller Electrical emporium
