This is a spectacular product to PREVENT colds. Take drops under tongue (yes it burns but for just a minute) at the first sniffle, catch at the very beginning. and you can absolutely prevent a cold. Keep taking a few times a day until you know you have passed the possibility of a cold. I've been using for years and nothing is as good as this.
