given the poor tolerances of the welded bracket
The package I received contained just the bracket and two plugs to locate the bracket to the lift arms using the lift pad holes. I didn't get any adapters for the hydraulic hoses. I got the adapter on, and had to make another wooden overlay due to the configuration of my bike to lift it by the oil pan. I used a pair of wooden ramps I had laying around to try to get the bike over the adapter. Every time the front tire contacted the bracket, the weight of the bike would simply push the arms out of the way and dislodge the bracket. It took about six or seven tries and adjustments to the ramps to get the bike over the lift. The supplied locator plugs are simply too short and have too large a chamfer on the bottom, given the poor tolerances of the welded bracket, they don't secure into the lift arms nearly far enough. Putting the bike down, the bracket dislodged again trying to get the bike off which required delicately using a cherry picker to lift the front of the bike off the mess of bracket, plugs and wooden adapters underneath it. I'm going to have to have a major rethink of the ramps and probably make new longer plugs to get this to work correctly.
