Haven't used it yet, because the 5 gal. water bottle I purchased didn't have a wide enough mouth for the filter on this pump to fit! There are other bottles out there with wider mouths, so I'll have to wait till I can get one.

Great product!
I have not used this yet. I researched this product before purchasing and I plan on keeping to use incase of an emergency. Comes un-assembled so it is compact and easy to store. Fast service!
