Can you add additional custom tracks to this (a specific character) tonie?

No this is not a creative tonie - for that you need to order a creative one and have 90 min to record anything you like!

There’s a fast forward feature, but it doesn’t fast forward much.

Can i play a us tonie on a german toniebox in germany?

Every Tonie works with every Toniebox. You can have a German Toniebox and play US Tonies, regardless of your location.
