I use these for Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), and the pads protect my knees from damage even when struck by metal objects. They fit snugly, eliminating the need for my compression knee pads, which is a significant benefit. The padding is sufficiently thick to allow for full range of motion. It's definitely a worthwhile purchase with excellent functionality.

The quality is good and is very light weight. I use it during my cricket fielding drills and they provide very good protection to my knees so far. The size I orderer fits perfectly and provides good functioning. Good value for money.

If the manufacturer were to enlarge the ankle size dimensions, the padded knee pads would be an excellent product. Too small to put on and a pain to remove.
