I have been a loyal Leslie Sansone "walker" but I felt I needed a little variety in my workout routine. This DVD is perfect. The walking routines are easy to follow and fun. The pace is just right for a beginner level. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed or discouraged. Chris Freytag is a great instructor. She is upbeat and her cuing is spot on. I would recommend this DVD if you want to kick up your walking exercise a notch.

3 Fun (Short) Workouts
This DVD is a compilation of 3 walking workouts from 2 Prevention DVDs. The Accelerated and Body Shaping workouts come from the Walk Yourself Fit DVD. The Walking Workout comes from the Get Moving DVD. All 3 walking workouts use the same warmup and cool down, making each workout 23-25 minutes long. A play all function lets you create 1 long workout also. This adds variety for Leslie Sansone fans.

which is great but sometimes there was not a lot of instruction ...
I found this workout hard to follow. I think after 3 or 4 times, I'll get the gist of it but I felt clumsy trying to keep up with her moves. She does not always instruct well during the workout. There were lots of moves, which is great but sometimes, the instruction was lacking when going into a new move. Overall I gave it a 3 because of that. The intensity started out light and got heavier during the workout but I felt that this particular workout did not get my heart rate up as much as other walking workouts I've done. It's too bad. I've really enjoyed the other Prevention dvd's that I've purchased but this one? Not so much.

Good Mix
Good for beginners or intermediate fitness levels. Liked that i could combine workouts, do only one, or do all. Moves were creative, interesting. Something even Senior Citizens could do or could work into. But, still good cardio, and toning for the 'younger' generation.

Same DVD, different packages
Unfortunately, this is the same dvd as Preventions Walk Yourself Fit Workout. You would think that somewhere in the description it would state that it was previously packaged under a different name. The ONLY difference is that in one section the clothes are different on the participants. In one video she has and 'accelerated walk' which on the other dvd is called 'cardio walk'. Same workout, same people etc. I am really angry about this. In and of it self they aren't bad workouts, the walking is varied and not boring like some of these walks can be. On the other hand, all participants are young and only one looks like she has any body fat whatsoever. There are no modifications demonstrated, or even suggested. I would not recommend this video on because of these issues. It seems like a shady practice IMO. I plain to write the same review for the other video.

walking workout
enjoyed this work out... just hard enough to make you break a good sweat without being so hard that a beginner can't get thru the whole routine... my only beef is that Chris tends to move very quickly through instructional parts and that can make it hard to keep up with the moves.

Good low impact work out.
Low impact does not mean low intensity. You can get a good workout with this video without damaging your joints. This is good for people with arthritis or other conditions that limit the type of workouts they can do.

Love this
I worked out to this at least 3x to 6x a week. I loved it. I loved how many routines you can choose from. It's clear, cuing is great and its fun.

A Nice Change!
I am enjoying this DVD and a change of routine from my usual Leslie Sansone collection.Chris is an upbeat and encouraging instructor, she is also focused on the workout throughout, something that isn't the case with Leslie S. all too often.😕The routines are fun and challenging, I was sweating a bit when finished which I really appreciate.One star off as I would prefer more reps. of each move than she does.
