Perfect protection, easy to remove
This review is just for the Joy-Cons protective case, not for the full set. As for the Joy-Cons, this case works for them perfectly. The Joy-Cons will be protected and are compatible with the docked console as the Joy-Con case doesn't touch the dock. I like how the front is transparent and the back is full color. Using it is also convenient and compared to other Joy-Con cases I've had and reviewed, these are the best. The case is sturdy, transparent top plastic has tiny latches where it attaches to the bottom part. There's no issue with buttons as none of them are blocked, all are open and work perfectly. If you want to take the case off the Joy-Cons and use some grip or anything else, you can do it quickly and smoothly by moving a small piece of plastic and then pushing everything towards you, and that's it. I really have no idea what else I can tell, but I'm confident that my Joy-Cons are protected and also look nice. So far this is my top protective case set for Joy-Cons for my Switch 2.

Surprising impressed!
In a market where the majority of Joy con cases are quite un-secure and flimsy, these work pretty well. The case clips across the full joycon in 2 parts, and feels nice in the hands and won’t ’pop off’. However, whilst they won’t fall off, they aren’t secure - they will slide slightly when on the joycons, increasing the ‘wiggle’ whilst in the hand. I did use some ‘sticky pads’ from another accessory , and put them inside these cases - this worked perfectly! Stuck onto the joycon, these are really good. However, you don’t get sticky pads with these, and if you’re using this case without it, then expect a nice grip, but a little wiggly when using

Quality as expected from JSAUX but not perfect
I have had plenty of JSAUX products and never had any real problems. I got the Joy Con covers (not the full case) and the quality is high, as expected and the covers do feel really nice in hand. I personally prefer to have swappable rear bumpers to get the perfect fit but these are a good allrounder. Installation is a little tricker than it should be with lining the little clips up feeling a little tedious and the fear of breaking a clip was real. Once they are attached though they do fit perfectly and work very well. The console can still be docked but please not I only got the joy con covers not the full case, so I can't comment on dock compatibility for that product. Overall, the covers are the quality I have come to expect from JSAUX but they are not something I would want to be putting on and taking off on a regular basis. If your just looking for joy con protecters and no case etc, then these are worth considering.

Nicely made they fit around the joy con controllers really well. good grip
These cases cover the joy con controllers. the back is a grey coloured plastic that is textured, it feels really nice in the hand not slippy like some of the cases. The bottom fit around the joy con then the top fits into 5 little tabs. you fit four of them then the last one has a little hook that just clips into place, once fitted they are very secure and will not fall off. the covers protect the joy cons and make them just slightly larger, ( this is better for my BIG HANDS ) they give me a good grip on the joy con. they can stay fitted whe the joy con is docked to the console and the console is docked. great accessory. love the price.

Harder plastic than i thought
These open up to easily put in joy-cons, but they dont clip back together solidly enough and make noise moving about, can't test properly for 2 weeks, also the plastic cases are harder than i thought, noise and durability could be an issue with these.

Competent enough to protect if not using accessories
I got just the joy con cases in this order, but if you are likely to use them individually then this is a great accessory. I think as soon as you plan to use anything else (wheels, the controller accessory that comes with the switch, or even docking) then it gets in the way and you'll need to take it off anyway. There is a clip on both sides you need to unhook then you can unclip the rest of it, easy to clip back in place. This might also be beneficial if you have large hands you find holding the joycons, even though it's larger than SW1 joycons too small. Also protects against inevitable sweat use. This I think has limited use and while it was good enough playing like this when I wasn't needing an accessory, I think it's a bit too much if a one trick pony accessory and unless you use joycons separated there won't be a use for it. For £14, I think the quality and durability is great, as long as you are careful putting it on and off, it does a good job of protection. There might be cheaper, but I imagine the casing would be thinner too, this felt like a good level of strength to size ratio.

Joy-Pros outweigh the Joy-Cons
I'm not a huge fan of the top/front side of this making the buttons all feel recessed, but you might prefer that they are more protected? However this is dock compatible so you can dock and undock your Switch 2 whilst having your Joy-cons protected, the Joy-cons can detach easily still, so mouse controls are perfectly functional and because there's a little bit of an ergonomic shape to them they're more comfortable to hold than just the Joy-Con themselves. I can still put my Switch 2 inside my carry case too as my particular case has some cut outs at the back, but your mileage may vary there depending on what case you have. The shiny acrylic face is a bit too glossy for my liking, but the quality of the rear plastic feels nice. They fit the console nicely, and they feel pretty durable so all in all, I think they're good value for money if you're looking for a dock friendly solution for a comfortable and ergonomic hold. Aside from the face buttons feeling a little too recessed I would say the Joy-Pros outweigh the Joy-Cons.

Look good on Switch 2
The quality seems very good. I like the gray color with the matte finish. Feels nice. Definitely better grip than by itself. We'll see how it goes, if the colors changes from dirt etc.

Clips are not well designed and will not stay attached
I really wanted to like these, but the left one just will not stay clipped onto my joy con, I’m very disappointed. If I still had the box, I would return it, I think they need to develop a different attachment mechanism for clipping the two halves together. If the seller actually reads these, I think that you could really improve your product by fixing the clip mechanism, if you can send me a replacement, I would consider updating my review to reflect that

Quality joycon covers.
Since the Switch 2 isn't out yet I can't speak how well these fit on the device. I am pretty sure there won't be any fitment issues, but if there are I will report back after the console releases. Upon inspection these covers seem to be designed and made well. The clear top portion looks very clear and clips to the back "TPU" material. This being polycarbonate, hopefully there isn't an issue with yellowing over time, but only time will tell. The rear TPU portion of the cover is a bit harder and not as pliable as most cases you might have come across. There is a nice palm swell designed into the rear of the cover to make holding the device more ergonomic and feel better in your hands. Having larger hands, I appreciate this as the original flat design on the Switch 1's joy cons gave me cramps after longer gamins sessions. The one aspect I am most interested in with these covers is to see how well this feels with the buttons and the "d-pad" on the Switch 2. The button cutouts seem to give enough clearance around the buttons and the edges are nicely chamfered, but until this is on the device it's hard to say if this will inhibit the button feel. Again, if there are any issues I will report back. Looks good, feels nice, should be a great addition to the new hotness that is the Switch 2.

Needs bigger grips.
They add a little more comfort to the Joycon 2 but I wish the grips were bigger.
