Received this doorbell and had it up and running in a couple of minutes. Very easy installation and it works perfectly. I was very happy with this product.

I like that this came with 2 receivers. However, they didn't reach as far as I hoped and the aren't as loud as I need. Our house has two bedrooms downstairs and the rest are upstairs. I was hoping to find a doorbell that could be heard throughout the house. For now, we are stuck using two separate systems. I do like the look of this one though.Update:Customer service reached out to me and was very willing to help resolve the volume issue. This is the first time I left a review and someone showed that they genuinely cared about my opinions. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The gesture was greatly appreciated.

The reason I like this doorbell is you dont have to deal with electric wiring, very easy installation for me,I know nothing about wire installation.I bought this set for my mom for medical reason,my mom is bedridden,with this door bell, she just ring the bell when she needs our help to use bathroom or drink water, I think I ll buy another set,for doorbell. The signal is good too, I'm amazed that it still works when I plug in at the 3rd floor.

I was extremely surprised on how loud these doorbells actually are. There are 6 levels of loudness to the doorbell and 6 is extremely loud. I placed each of my transmitter on the first and second floor of my house and if anyone rings the bell, it can be heard throughout the house. I kept the standard dingdong chime although there were lots of other chimes to choose from. Installation of this product is fairly simple; just mount the doorbell and plug the transmitters into an outlet!

The only reason I cannot give the fifth star in this review is because this doorbell does not retain settings once power is lost. If you set tone number 30 it must be reselected once the chime unit has had power restored. Otherwise this unit works very well with good penetration through the house, in my case reaching from the basement to a second-floor bedroom.

I am really pleased with my new doorbell and receivers! They were so easy to install and had a hard time picking a chime to use. The color looks nice with my house. With 2 receivers I can hear the doorbell in every room.

Great door bell since it has two transmitter. Looks. Nice and has so many different tones. For this price I think you are getting a good deal for a good quality door bell!

I love that this doorbell has two outside buttons! And three plug in charms, works better than expected! Would recommend😊
