The different sizes can be challenging. Start out with the smallest size and when you accomplish that, move to the next size. Good for someone with COPD. The weight of each ball is perfect. It’s a great tool for breathing exercises.

This is a great product. Not only does it provide exercise for muscles involved in breathing, but it also aids in removing thick secretions in patients lungs. There are 3 different size balls enabling changes in resistance. It is sturdy and easily taken apart for cleaning. I have used this unit in the hospital for years. Love it. Thank you.
