These cameras have worked flawlessly!! I had one issue with one and the support had it resolved same day. The subscription is cheap and the app does everything you want it to do. I had one as an outdoor camera, my suggestion would be not to have it directly in contact with the elements (rain and snow) . I use mine indoors, and works great even recording through screens. The quality of recording is clear and can visually detect a face from a distance. The image I posted was a foggy day.

I would like to give some of my opinions and experiences of using this most beautiful very small security camera. I first bought one in 2013. I loved it very much because of this security camera's amazing beautiful picture quality, awesome color with clear video and good resolution. I also appreciate its ease of setup and value for money. Some users loved their inexpensive subscription for Loop video storage, but I did not use it. The camera performed extremely well during both day and night, I must give praise to its night vision capabilities. I got no functionality or connectivity issues. I could connect flawlessly to WiFi. Two weeks ago, I went to trip, came home found out the camera stop working but I also noticed Vimtag is having a huge sale 50% off, so I bought another one. This is a newer model works amazingly awesome. So I worked with their very tentative Vimtag support team. They are truly the best customer support team spent lots of time trying to help me debug my original camera. At end they shipped a replacement. I could not thank them enough. BTY, this tiny beauty got humongous punch. Check my picture to see how cute they are. I put my mid-size mittens behind it and a 12oz honey bottle for comparison. I use the Cameras to watch birds mating outside and babysit indoors, truly wonderful products to have or gift to friends or family members.

I was wanting a security camera that doesn't require a subscription. This one does. So this doesn't work for me.

Great camera at a great price point. I’d recommend this product based on Vimtag’s customer service alone.

Great little camera and easy to setup. Something happened to the camera and even with the help from customer service team the camera couldn’t be restored. Customer service quickly sent a replacement camera at no charge. New camera is now working fine.

Camera is not working as expected , needs frequent re-connections
