To my surprise this was exactly the same as the 10 year old one on my motorhome that had been knocked off following an incident with a gate post. 6 screws had to be undone to remove the old one and same 6 screws used to install the new one. A 5 minute job - instead of the often several hour one! Looks great on the van ;-) Only downside is the price - rather a lot of money for a simple set of items.

This vent kit does fit older motor homes then just 2006 plus models as advertised. I have just fitted this kit to a 1994 motor home. The vent kit is about 10 mm bigger all round then the older models, but all you have to do is remove the old backing plate and replace with the new one. All of the vent holes and fixing hole are exactly the same size and position as the old model . The whole job took me about 15 minutes .

Replaced old unit. Easy to install . Via a couple of screws. Had the job done on 20 mins
