From where they are produced come?

I don't know as I did not keep the box it came in. More importantly, I tested it with a strong 14lb magnet before I used it and there was no attraction. This indicates a low iron content which is very good. A high iron content would be more likely rust (yes, some advertised stainless steel can rust). I've used the tongs multiple times and it still looks as good as the day I purchased it. If you ever buy, for example, a gas grill, buy a good one and pay the extra cost. It pass the magnet test (including the SS grates). Hint: Take your magnet to the store with you for testing when it says stainless steel!

Where are they manufactured?

Not positive. I didn't look into where they were made when I bought them. There is nothing on them that says where they were made. I googled the company which is Hiash and I found one mention where they say a company by the name Edward Gome manufactures all of their products. If it's like every thing else in this country then they are probably from China.

Will metal tongs be not rust after using the dishwasher?

They're stainless steel. So far no rusting at all!
