This was purchased for my teenage daughter. The item was packaged well and was easy to setup, although setting up the arm to balance was a bit of a chore (watched a few videos to see if I was doing it correctly). We purchased the black colour unit and it looks amazing and well made. Once all setup, my daughter put on a record and I was pleasantly surprised from the sound it produced. She absolutely loved it. This is definitely a good purchase if your looking for a decent record player that has built in speakers. We also tested the Bluetooth function, it was easy to connect and works as expected. Although this is not a high-end record player, for the price, the look and the sound, this is a decent record player.

We are loving our record player. Directions were simple. It took about 8 minutes to set up. The sound is pretty good. I only wish it had an auto- return. I didn't even think to check reviews for this. I just assumed it was included. When playing 45s you have to pretty much stay with the player. This is a good looking unit and reasonably priced. We have only had it a few weeks and have not tried bluetooth or even put the cover on yet.

It arrived quickly. The amazon driver kind of dropped it, so that was not a good start. It was relatively easy to assemble (I have prior experience with setting up a counter weight, not my first rodeo ;-). The instructions were clear, and there were even images provided for ease. The sound was great to excellent - much more depth than I'd ever expect from a standalone unit, almost as good as a whole hifi set-up. The sound was rich and full. it is also a nice looking unit. I love that it has an audiotechnica cartridge. However, at about hour 3 of constant use, it began to sound fuzzy and distorted. I at first thought it was the record, but it was the same on the next three selections that I tried. I spoke with Amazon customer service, but all their options for return were untenable - there is no UPS store or Kohls in my area, and the turntable is not light and it is awkward to carry (plus I no longer have the packaging). They did offer me pick up, but I work and can't be here to wait on Amazon or UPS pick up. I hoped for a refund, but no refund was offered, which I can somewhat understand. Now I'm out $200 and stuck with an item that is not working consistently as it should. Perhaps it sustained some damage during shipping/delivery. This is what I get for buying electronics on here I suppose. 11/4/24 update: The seller reached out to me (I did not even have to reach out first) and apologized for any inconvenience. They also offered me a full refund on the item! What a super nice surprise, and completely unexpected. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service from them - thank you!
