Highly recommended by the Pharmacist at my local drug store.
I was in drug section buying my usual gummy probiotics, when the pharmacist saw what I was getting, and called me over and told me these were the best probiotic on the market. They last longest if you keep them refrigerated. They can handle being unrefrigerated for a periods of time, but keeping them cool keeps them freshest & I suspect full strength. So far, they seems to be working good, no complaints (but too soon to gauge the long term effect except: so far, so good).

Best Probiotic
My 85 yo father was on antibiotics for 3-1/2 months for an ear infection that would not clear. Our ent's brother-in-law is a pharmacist and advised to get this probiotic which is kept behind the pharmacy counter in the refrigerator. I always had to explain to the pharmacy tech what I needed, but still being directed to the counter. This brand now has a shelf version, meaning no refrigeration required. As a result, pharmacy in my area are not carrying the refrigerated one. I have an amazing pharmacist who took the time to research the content of the non-refridgerated and refrigerated. The refrigerated one has a different component which is more effective for gut health. She suggested I look on amazon, and so glad I did. My father has to take this the rest of his life...easier to order on line to ensure I am getting the best.

Great Product, Horrible Shipping Method
My wife uses this product and has for some time now. It is supposed to be refrigerated. It is shipped in a small, styrofoam cooler with a chemical ice pack. It arrived and the 90 capsules that I orderred for her were not cool at all. The ice pack actually felt warm to the touch. The product info says that it can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks but this seem counter intuitive if it is supposed to be a "refrigerated" probiotic. Other shipments have come and were at least cool. This one was not cool at all.
