Sierra Electric JB6050 S/2 Outlet Multiplier

Unfortunately, this review does not deal directly with the product shown on the its page. I would like to have reviewed it, but the product sent to me differed by one tiny, important detail: the bracing/mounting screw hole. I hope they are correcting this, but in case they haven't, you've been warned. If mounting the product to the wall doesn't matter to you, then I would say go for it. Otherwise, you may want to email the seller (not Amazon, but SCS Collectibles, Inc, in my case) to ensure it is the correct product.By the way, I promptly returned the item I received.

These did not have the screws and screw holes in the center that are shown in the picture. They did not anchor to the wall. You just plugged them into the holes and hoped for the best. When I put plugs in one of these outlets, they whole thing came out of the wall. And, it didn't cover the hole created by removing the original plate, so there were cavernous gaps around it through which I imagined bugs going in and out. Admittedly, that was part of my fevered imagination. All in all, a disappointment. Am returning.

They work, but they are different than pictured. There is no screw to hold them onto the wall. This allows them to pull off the wall whenever you attempt to unplug something from them. I also didn't realize that they actually only use one of the two outlets, the other is used just for stability.

the products picture is wrong . there is no screw hole in the center, i bought this purposely for that reason, very decieptive. and i bought 2 yikes ,so now i have four haha. oh well should have tried one first, i will use them wherei have outlets that i dont keep removing plugs, because when you pull out one plug the whole unit comes out too.you have to buy ones with a screw hole in the center so it stays secure.

Works as described, but it does take up both sockets. It won't work for what I wanted it for, which is to plug in a scent burner, because the burner takes up the bottom socket and then doesn't leave room in the top sockets for anything else. That's not this product's fault. But it would work if there wasn't a "place holder" peg on the back, because then I could plug this product into the top socket and use the regular bottom socket.

Great idea!I originally bought it for a cruise, as they don't have a lot of outlets, but due to the spot they had the 2 outlets it wasn't possible to use it.I did however put one in my bathroom, where we had just 1 outlet and needed more and it worked our great. I used the other at my recliner so I wouldn't have to keep unplugging things. I'll probably order more!

A nice outlet multiplier, but works best with normal size plugs. Odd sized plugs often cover up extra outlets.

This is a top notch outlet multiplier, it is easy to install. One word of caution leave the old wall plate on, and just remove the screw, this way you won't see the unpainted area. This was the second order for me, I have replaced most of my outlets to this six plug outlet, they work great and give you a much better way of organizing your plugs.
