This is very expensive so before I even consider buying for my 750 sf garage does it hold up well?

Trust me on this, this is quality/thick/durable product. The stuff from box stores isn’t even close. Plus the more humid during application, the faster it dries.

Rust Bullet DuraGrade dries to the touch to add additional coats, usually within 4-6 hours. After 12 hours, you must scuff (break the glaze) on the surface for re-coat purposes for the purposes of optimum adhesion. Rust Bullet coatings are, on average (depending on the humidity and weather/temperature conditions in you area) fully cured within 72 hours. ~Karen - Rust Bullet Cust. Serv. Rep.

Is there more information on spray settings for duragrade concrete? what can i use to thin the paint before spraying with a hvlp system?

Hello! You can spray with and HVLP using a 2.0 tip. We do not recommend thinning the product. You will want to adjust your tip size as opposed to adjusting the coating.

how many gallons are needed for a 400 sq ft garage floor concrete surface?

Hello: Rust Bullet for Concrete will cover approximately 300-350 Square Feet, Per Coat, Per Gallon. Rust Bullet Coatings are 2 Coat Minimum Application. Regards,
