A Healthy oil
I really like phytoncide and all you have to do is research it (or forest bathing) and you'll see why it's so good for you, both mentally and physically. This brand is a thinner oil, but it does come with the cute little diffuser bottle to hang in your home or car. Another benefit of phytoncide is that it fights other odors, so keeps everything smelling clean. It's worth trying.
