I bought this for my mother who is 58, 5'6", and 180 lbs. She usually feels jittery and shaky when she takes any type of weight management supplement, but she says feel great when she takes this! She was able to lose some weight with no dieting and exercise. But now that she has been going to the gym twice a week, it seems that these pills supercharged her weight loss. Since she's been taking these (for a few months), she's gone down 2 pant sizes and seems to continue to lose weight (especially since she started some light swimming twice a week). I've purchased this for her many times and she will continue to use this product.

I started the pills on August 6th and I haven't really seen a difference yet! I noticed that it does suppress my appetite I have only lost 2 pounds but I'm not sure if it's the pills. I haven't seen a huge difference everyone else is saying they have lost tons of weight in the first two weeks! I'm not totally happy yet :/

This is a very mild appetite suppressant. It does not cause any jittery feelings. Along with my improved diet and 5 days a week working out, I lost 5 pounds in a month. This is by no means the best diet supplement, but it does help curb your appetite if you pay attention to when you feel full while eating.

I've only taken maybe 10 capsules and had to stop. They made me incredibly nauseous and utterly uncomfortable about 30 minutes after taking it and it lasted over an hour. Not worth that feeling so I won't get to experience the claim that it works.
