Why can't my phone connect to the WIFI in the dash cam?

If the app and dash cam are unable to connect due to a small number of compatibility issues, please switch off your phone's cellular data and try again. If you have any further questions, please contact the HUPEJOS support team.

Do I need to buy extra kits to support 24-hour recording on the 5-channel dash cam?

Yes, the hardwire kit enables the dashcam's parking monitoring mode and protects the car battery from depletion. However, the hardwire kit is not included and must be purchased separately. Please search for ASIN: B0F5Q5N8XC.

Why do I need to connect to Wi-Fi manually every time I use the app with the dash cam?

The manual Wi-Fi connection is designed to maximise your privacy and security. Although this may seem inconvenient, it prevents the dash cam from being constantly connected to the internet, thereby reducing the risk of data breaches.

Does this dash cam have a driver fatigue detection feature?

Yes, it is equipped with an advanced feature that detects driver fatigue. It analyses the driver's facial expressions and driving behaviour, issuing timely alerts to remind the driver to take a break and thus reducing the risk of accidents.

What is the monitoring range of the dash cam? Can it achieve 360° coverage?

This dash cam supports 4-channel, 360° monitoring, providing comprehensive coverage of the vehicle's surroundings. Everything is recorded clearly, whether it’s the front, rear or sides, ensuring no blind spots for driving safety.
