I'm not sure if this is just a one-off issue, but water is leaking from the base of the machine not from the drip tray, which I double-checked. The leak appears to be coming from holes at the bottom of the unit. I've already informed Amazon, and they advised me to return the product and reorder.

Water leaks from the bottom of the unit if the grind is fine for espresso. Checked the comments and it seem a common problem in the machine as several reviews suffer from the same issue. I've returned mine and amazon refunded me.

As others pointed out, the machine is leaking underneath. It started after 4 weeks of use and we were lucky to be able to return it in time.

J’utilise la Ninja Luxe Pro 3-en-1 depuis plusieurs jours et je suis totalement satisfait de mon achat. Le design est vraiment élégant. Elle a une finition moderne, propre, et elle s’intègre parfaitement dans une cuisine contemporaine sans faire “machine encombrante”. Elle inspire confiance dès la première utilisation. Côté performance, rien à redire. L’espresso est bien extrait, avec une belle crema. Le broyeur intégré fait clairement la différence. Le café fraîchement moulu apporte plus d’arômes et une meilleure intensité. Les réglages permettent d’adapter la force selon ses préférences. La fonction mousseur automatique est un vrai point fort. Il suffit de verser le lait dans le petit récipient, lancer le programme, et attendre. La mousse est dense, onctueuse et agréable en bouche. Elle tient bien, idéale pour les lattes et cappuccinos. Le résultat est très proche de ce qu’on peut obtenir en coffee shop. L’infusion à froid est aussi un plus intéressant pour l’été. Simple à utiliser et efficace. Points positifs : - Design élégant - Broyeur à grains performant - Espresso riche et aromatique - Mousse automatique réussie - Polyvalence (espresso, latte, cappuccino, cold brew) Pour l’instant, aucune déception. Machine intuitive, complète et qualitative. Je recommande sans hésiter pour ceux qui veulent un café de qualité à la maison sans complexité.

Después de 3 semanas de uso, solo puedo decir: “FANTÁSTICA”, elegante, funcional, sencilla y al mismo tiempo muy sofisticada. Muy buena compra/inversión.

Die Maschine hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das pressen des gemahlen Kaffeepulvers ist einfach und sauber - wenn man es denn nicht vergisst... Die Bedienung ist nicht unbedingt selbsterklärend, weil es eben sehr viele Einstellungen gibt. Ich habe die Maschine unter anderem deswegen gekauft, weil in einem großen Sieb auch normal Kaffee gebrüht werden kann. Kaffee und Espresso schmecken bestens. Wie gesagt, es sind viele mögliche Einstellungen kombinierbar, daher dauert die Gewöhnungszeit etwas. Am besten mit einer Kaffesorte beginnen und die Maschine selbst testen, bevor man neue Sorten testet. Speziell ist die Möglichkeit direkt kalten Kaffee zu pressen oder auszuschütten. Ideal für Eiskaffee. Sauber, stabil, hochwertig.
