Love me some vitamin B complex it gives me energy energy that I really need in the afternoon. It’s pleasant tasting easy to use and it’s worth the money.

Neuropathy repair
Using for neuropathy repair. Great way to get a boost and load up on those pesky b vitamins that get depleted so easily. If you like your craft beers, like I do, then this comes highly recommended. Alcohol prevents b absorbtion which can lead to peripheral neuropathy. I take 1.0 ml daily (under tongue for a minute then swallow)...but when I crack the beers (2 nights per week) I take another dose afterwards. In addition to this I also take one B12 melt tab daily underneath the tongue. Also sold by Amazon.

Strong After Tast
The Berry Flavor can be smelled before you even open the box. Tasts okay, but has a very strong "vitamin b flavor" after tast.

Fourth Purchase
I’m sold on this particular Complex B-Complex Vitamin formula. This is my fourth time buying. The formula doesn’t turn me into a Superman. But with my Myasthenia Gravis, it certainly does keep my muscles from getting tired too soon, and keeps my strength up for a little while longer.

The product is a liquid vitamin administered by placing under the tongue (sublingual) the optimal choice. It's the recommended practice as directed by my primary care physician.
