Please do not buy this particular Mop Ball Robotic cleaners. These are a badly made copy of the original item. First off the threads to close the ball are difficult to align and properly close. Secondly, the battery holder in the ball requires you to place two double "AA" batteries in there. There is a polarity problem in the ball -- when you place the positive in the battery holder with the spring on the negative side and the positive on the flat side, the balls do not work. So, to get the ball to use the batteries and actually turn on, you have to place ONE of the batteries the opposite way it is supposed to go. Next, there is a little tiny switch inside close to the battery compartment that you must switch on. Once you turn on the ball you then have to place the other half of the ball's outer hard plastic shell on the other half of the ball. That is hard, as the threading is difficult to place in alignment and screw the ball together, especially when it is vibrating. UNLIKE the Mocoro Balls on YouTube, this copy of a Mocoro Robotic Microfiber Mop Ball does not have an outer button to turn the ball on and off. That is very problematic. To turn off the ball you have to unzip the microfiber, unscrew the ball's outer plastic shell, and then good luck trying to find the tiny, tiny button to switch the ball off AS IT IS STILL MOVING! With all that said, the ball didn't move but about 1 foot in approximately 5 minutes, on laminate flooring----which should have been very easy for the ball. As I mentioned before, this is a poorly made copy of the original. The button that is supposed to be there on the outside, to turn the ball on and off, is critical to the unit. THERE IS NONE ON THIS BALL. I am going to contact the real company and tell them about this copy. I hate being duped. I bought two balls and also want my money back and will notify Amazon of the problem with these balls as they unintentionally are selling badly made copies of the Mocoro Mop Balls.
