Effective, not attractive
These jacks work fine, but be warned that you may not want them for a particularly nice application. I'm building a DIY pedal board that is supposed to be simple and cheap. I've invested $45.00 into the other components, so i don't mind using these.BUT, if i were building a guitar, or repairing a guitar, i would NOT use these. The quality just doesn't match what you would get even on a cheaper import product. For example, these are much much worse in quality than the switchcraft jacks you can get from stewmac, which are about $4 a piece.If your goal is quantity over quality, this is a good buy. If your project costs more than $50, I'd avoid.

Plates are good
The plate is good but the connection jack is weak sauce.

Good for the price, but don't expect a lot
Chrome is fair, but not great. Jack mount plates are not super well cut. But hey, for the price they are good enough. If you aren't super picky, these are a great buy.

Be aware these are not advertised as chrome plated and are not. Unfinished stamped steel jack plug that works well.

Poor quality.
Poor quality plates and jacks. Spend a little more and get something that actually looks like chrome or nickel.
