great little cart
I took this cart shopping at the mall before Christmas so I didn't have to carry all the bags, it was wonderful. We had so many bags stuffed into the cart along with my backpack which holds my little oxygen tanks. Toward the end of shopping the cart was full so we hung bags off the sides and front of the cart. Having the cart to prevent me from carrying heavy bags while walking was great and I didn't even use my oxygen, having the cart to put my hands on gave me the support I needed to keep myself oxygen saturated. My teenaged daughter at first was a little embarrassed but as we shopped and she wasn't carrying bags and could check her phone or have a snack she thought it was so great. we only took the bags hanging on the sides of the cart off before lifting the filled cart directly into my trunk, when new got home we lifted the cart out and rolled it inside only having to carry the 2 bags we removed from the sides of the cart.At home I use the cart to move clean laundry to the bedroom or closet it belongs in. the wheels help pulling it up the stairs easier. I also use it to walk my toy poodle who has bad knees/legs. I put a throw pillow in the bottom and he sits on that and loves it. I let him out every so many houses so he can sniff and pee and when he is done he runs back to the cart to be put back in it.Some negatives I have found:I wish the cart was a little biggerI wish the handle were a little higher or even adjustable. If you are maybe 5'5" of shorter the handle height will be good. I am 5'8" and after pushing for a while my upper back was aching from hunching down a bit to reach the handleIf you hit a bump the cart will start to fold up on you. there needs to be a locking mechanismOne of my front wheels looks like its crooked. the metal has bent slightly I guess from weight on the cart? I had little weight in it so I am baffled by this defect on the wheel already after a handful of uses, but it still works fineThe handle has a middle handle, but I guess its good for pulling the cart only. you cannot push with it because it wont lock into any one position and not steadyThe bag that comes with it is pretty flimsy, I cant see it holding much weight and really very little will fit in itWish the handle came out behind the cart more because when pushing your legs and feet tend to bump into the cart backWish cart had a stroller bag on the back to hold a drink and small items like keysPositives:Despite my wheel issue, its a sturdy little cartfolds flat (except the wheels)Cart is small and takes up little room, I can store it easily at home without losing much space and it easily fits in my car flat or openedEasy to put the wheels onVersatile - I can push or pull thru store, outside, or inside house (its become a little workhorse for me)I bought it because I have started using oxygen for a lung issue and support when walking is great for my rehab, this cart gives me that supportIf you are carrying a lot of bags this little cart is so great to take on that burden versus becoming exhausted from carrying bagsFor its size the cart holds a nice amount, I just use it without the included bag for extra space. The little dolly is great! The cart can be used as a means to only get essentials at the store, if it wont fit you have to buy the most important items

super smooth to operate
most carts do not have the "swivel wheel". That is what makes this cart so much easier to use. Without the "swivel wheel" you still need to hold the weight of all the stuff on your cart, because you have to tilt it. NOT THIS ONE. Even filled with maximum load, you simply maneuver it alongside you like a high end piece of spinner wheel luggage. Even better than that, this cart has these wonderful "stair climber" back wheels. I live in a 5-level townhouse and am so tired of dragging things up/downstairs all the time. No more! This little gem of a cart will even make my laundry chore easier. Some reviewers complained about the small capacity. Not in my opinion. The size is just right. If you made it much larger, it would not be practical. As you can see in my picture, you can place additional bags on top of the metal very sturdy frame. Get creative and you can also hang more bags onto the frame anywhere you like (always consider keeping it balanced). Another review complained about the "moving extension handle". I have used carts like this all my life in Europe, and that extension handle has to move in order to be functional. You are not supposed to tilt the loaded cart using this handle. this "tilt handle" has two functions only: 1. easily grab it to gently allow the loaded cart "roll smoothly on ALL FOUR wheels" next to you. doing that you will notice how easily the cart swivels around, even with the full load. 2. your cart is folded up for storage, this "extension handle" allows easy handling. Super happy I purchased this wonderful cart. P.S. purple bag is super sturdy and can be removed for washing. nice little touch

Cart itself is great, but the wheels fall off
I got this cart to help me carry groceries up and down stairs. I notice the cart is very loud on the stairs so if you have thin walls, all you neighbors will hear it unless you go super slow (we have carpeted stairs too). Still better than carrying bags. However, just two weeks after getting the cart, all the wheels fell off because the main screws and nut they give you aren't tight. Even just laying in the back of my car the wheels jostled enough they fell off. While it's not difficult to fix, I wasn't anticipating a DIY project and trips to the hardware store for something I paid more than $60 for. Now that I reinforced the cart it works great, but I feel like for a product this expensive it should have worked great from the start. On the plus side, I actually like the size of the cart. It can hold a substantial amount of groceries. The cart portion folds up easy and I like the bungee cord to help keep things stable if you have a larger load. The wheels themselves are good (except for the falling off part) and it really does climb stairs as described. It maneuvers very easily on the ground too. The basket seems sturdy and the handle length is just right for me (5'6" female).

Great customer service!
The cart rolls well and handles stairs great! It just can't handle super heavy loads. Mine broke carrying a bag of gravel and some dirt. Which was right at the weight limit it states. I had the cart for several months and it was out of warrenty. But I contacted them anyway. They got back right away and offered to replace it for me for free. Which is so kind! I deeply appreciate that!

True to purpose, wishing for more.
Pretty sure I haven’t tested this product to it’s fullest capabilities. I wish the stair climbing wheels could fold for more flat storage and that the basket capacity was greater by at least another 10 inches in length and width. The newer designs now have cover that serves as a seat and a cup holder. I hope to be able to purchase these independently from the utility cart.

Sturdy, Easy folds flat and comes with purple shopper in picture
I used this cart on the first day I received it to bring a bed in a box, head board and bed frames to my apt. I missed the delivery from UPS for these pieces of furniture and had to use the cart. The main reason I purchased it was because it can also be used as a dolly. Surprisingly it held the weight of the boxes but I would recommend not to put more then 80 pounds on the cart.
