Proze TWS-02 True Wireless Earphones Bluetooth 5.0 - Premium Sound 20H Mic IP67 [UPDATED]

So I had previously bought a different pair of completely wireless headphones from another manufacturer - the reason I bought the 1st pair was due to the excellent reviews they were given, unfortunately I must have had the one "rubbish" pair - they took over an hour to pair with my phone and after about 5 hours I was still unable to turn the left earpiece on - let alone how sore my ears were from constantly holding the earphones to try and get them to work. I sent that pair back and wrote a rather scathing review as they were RUBBISH.I then bought the Proze TWS-02 thinking I would try one more time - these are great. Worked straight out of the box, pairing with ALL my devices took about 2 mins, they are comfortable and the multi-function button does exactly what it says. The charge is great, not had to charge them yet and have worn them for about 5 hours on and off. The sound quality is OK, these are not £300 - £500 earphones, but the quality is decent enough to enjoy whilst working out, running etc. Excellent, excellent value for money and the seller/manufacturer followed up with an email asking if all ok and additional instruction manual. I would recommend these to anyone. Top job.

I am editing my review after the customer service team got in touch. If you have a problem, contact them and they will almost certainly help you out.I did have connection issues, and this appears to be heavily influenced by the device as much as these earbuds.What I will say however, is that after I changed the supplied silicon earpieces for some INAIRS foam ones that seal the ear canal, these sound absolutely great with a good low end rumble. Very pleased with the sound quality.

Arrived on time, the packaging was very compact and slick. The sound quality is impressive,certainly better than I expected. As soon as you pair them the first time, theyconnect automatically going forward. Very quick to charge. Although I did notice last night that the left ear appeared to run out of battery while the right ear was still on but I put both earbuds in the case,charged them for an hour and today after trial and error, I’ve been able to pair both earbuds.

Good clear tones and easy to setup. Bought to watch tv, and although an improvement on previous Earbuds, still get some little lip synch issues. Pretty comfortable to wear but feel a little "plasticky and cheap". Good charging indicator (glowing red lights) and charge indicator for base charger. Battery power lasts about 2.5 hours, so I struggle to watch more than one film at a time on tv before needing a recharge.

I bought these headphones to replace some other wireless ones that cut out all the time and they did the trick.These headphones are excellent! They are easy to pair and the battery is really good, I think better then it says, as haven’t had to charge the case yet and been over 10 hours worth.I love that these are comfortable when wearing them and more practical than other earphones as they are small, light and generally easy to use.Sound quality is the best though, as I’d expect to pay a lot more to get sound quality like this. This is something I would expect for £100 or more, so super happy that they are better then you would imagine. If you like bass, then get these!Overall they’re excellent and especially for the price.Highly recommend, know what some are getting for Christmas!

Worked when first got them initially connected to each other now can only get them to work as either left or right headphone. Help line are trying to help but so far no good tried resetting but to no avail I will be returning to Amazon if not resolved this week.

Have had these for over 12 months now. For the price the sound quality is quite good, battery life is really good and they charge in no time. They come with 3 different ear fitting sizes and fit really well, never have they fallen out or even really come loose. Only thing bad that I can say is that very rare rly the right hand earphone will drop from Bluetooth but it’s rare and connects within a few seconds! Definitely recommend

Really easy to connect and the sound quality is good and cannot hear outside noise, not great when on a railway and they announce a platform change though 🤣
