i bought this headset in august of 2018.............worked well, great sound, good noise cancellation... the problem i am having now after 4 months,,,, it no longer holds a charge., i'll charge it overnight an the next day, after 2 to 3 hours of use, it turns off...no more battery power..... really sucks to buy something an get only 4 month out of it... now i have to shop for another headset,,, i may have to go back to plantronics.

Absolutely love this headset, I'm a truck driver the dual noise cancelling mic is great, battery lasts a long time. Great price for this headset, I will definitely purchase again

The headset works okay but after a week it kept telling me that it couldn't not connect and would go in and out a dozen times during a phone call. I'm hoping i just got a lemon. Sending back. When working, the sound quality was good. Also like that it is a standard micro usb connector.

I have a knack for destroying Bluetooth headsets or earbuds. Don't know why, maybe if I didn't step, drive over them with my car, smash them in my pocket they might last longer.However, I've had four plantronic devices and they died, quit charging, or transmitting. These are the ones I didn't destroy, they quit on their own. I need reliable devices. So far this works very well.The carrying case is great protection when I don’t use it. This is a great set. Battery life is on par with other head sets I’ve had.With that aside, I like this bud, it's perfect for what I need. I drive for Uber and I use this for verbal navigation directions going into unknown places.I'd like it more if they could add battery level verbal warning; 100 percent charged or three hours battery...etc. It died on a long complicated drive, had to resort to my radio, an irritant for some riders. Aside from that, its a good price for a quality product.As a side note, I cannot wear stick-inside earbuds. My ear canal is too narrow and they fall out so I must use an over-ear hook or over-the-head earphones. That's why I like this device.Price is right too. Now I have to remember where I left it.

The only thing I didn’t like was it doesn’t speak the phone number that is calling,I brought it broken I am sad because I paid for it, and it stop working didn’t even have it for a year before it broke

My wife uses it when she drives her car. I am her spouse and I incourgeit woman have to be reminded that it will not charge itself. It is constantly on low battery when I talktohere. Sheitherdoesnotremembertochargeitordoesnotplugitupcorrectly.I have a two or three star on this blue tooth because I am not sure if it functions is good or bad spouse

I use the device daily. I have it connected to my work cell and my personal cell. Sound is good and wearability is good also. Light weight and comfortable. The only complaint is that while talking on it, it keeps saying disconnected/connected while in conversation with other party. I can work through it but it's just annoying.

Love this headset! One drawback, the battery life is short lived and when the battery dies and you have no warning.
