It works as advertised.It is not a Microsoft or an Xbox branded Product, it is 3rd Party, but it works.You can throw out the cd included, as it is worthless.Follow the directions on the other version of this product though, it gives very detailed instructions onto how to get this working.You have to fiddle around with driver settings, but with the help on the other product page, you can get it up and running in less than 10 minutes.It works well, as far as I can tell, I have not had any problems after the install, and used my controller for skyrim and other games with no issue.

Arrived a little later than expected, and as other people warned the disc was cracked. Not like the old drivers would have helped anyhow. The hardware itself worked as it was supposed to, and it's still cheaper and a better deal than buying the same piece of hardware at a typical retail store.

It work with my Xbox 360 controller correctly. You only need to download the driver from Microsoft. Now I'm playing Far Cry and Mario Kart.

works fine if you know how to install it correct,other than that getting a different one you won't have really a comparison of which is better because it will work like any other out there.

Wouldn't connect to the controller. Just get the Microsoft version.

Never did figure out how to use the dang thing, installing is a nightmare

Pretty straightforward and works fine. the cord is a bit long considering it's for a computer, but you can keep it tied with something to fix that problem.

Install the drivers and it works fine.
