You could check the connector of yours lead wires', if they are 3.5mm snap-on connector, these pads fit your tens well.

How do you clean these for reuse?

I believe they are intended for single person use and not intended to be cleaned sufficient for use by another patient. They can be rinsed in running water and lightly rubbed to remove contamination. Water will also refresh the adhesive gel. Don't soak them or the gel will become too soft.

do have to use gel with these pads?

Nope you just stick them on. And just put them back on the clear plastic they come on. If they start to loose there stickiness just put a drop of water on them and let them sit on the clear plastic for a few minutes.
