Faulty dispenser
Whilst this is a lovely effective product the dispenser has always been irritating in that it takes alot to get it going and you can't see when it is running low so always need to have next one in. However when my thumb started aching I opened the bottom to find it was broken. Unfortunately I am past return period (I have this on subscription and forgot to postpone one) not great for a product that is over £40

Smooth and Light
I bought this for my wife as she wanted to try it, being she has got one of the cleansers from the same company. She said it is very smooth to apply and sinks into the skin nicely, not at all greasy. She has only used it a couple of times so can't really say if it works, but although it is abit expensive it's worth the money and being it's free from chemicals it's worth buying.

No effect
I was excited to try this, the packaging is innovative. The product squuezes out at the side, and the top is a little roller ball to smooth it on with. I've used it for a week now and disappointingly there have been no visible effects in my under eye area. No change to texture or brightness, plus the cream takes a while to sink in which is annoying.I'm not impressed.

Contradictory and hard to find many positives about this product
First thing I noticed was that water was listed first in the ingredients. If this is anything like food, the largest ingredient is listed first and for such an expensive eye cream, I was surprised to see water top of the list. I am pleased to read that it's never been tested on animals and is made in Britain though. Taking it out of the box, I was impressed to see a little metal ball on the end so that I could massage it in under my eyes. At the age of 28, I do have a habit of looking tired, especially as I have ME/CFS, so I thought this would be useful to test out on one eye and compare to the other. The silver ball was lovely and smooth against my skin. However, I can't say I noticed any difference under my eye. I was hoping it might reduce the grey underneath, but unfortunately it didn't do anything here either. The only thing I can say about this is that I moisturise a lot anyway, however the products I use are around the £10-£15 mark. Therefore, with this product being far more expensive, I would expect it to take my skin up a few notches. I then decided to try it out on my mum too because I wanted to see how it worked on more mature skin. Testing only one eye, it certainly hydrated underneath the eye, smoothing out tired lines. However, it also puffed out the area to the point my mum felt like she'd been punched in the eye. I don't feel it did anything for the crows feet, but as a person who has tired looking eyes, it did make some difference, more so than it did on my eyes. As I applied it to my mum's skin, one of the things I did like was that I could use the ball to help flatten out the wrinkles. Considering it's meant to work instantly and did nothing for me and puffed out my mum's skin, for the price that it is, no I wouldn't recommend it. The product is contradictory calling itself instant effect, yet stating on the back that it needs continuous use. Stating that it reduces puffiness yet gives the eyes a "luminous cushioned effect". Honestly, it's overpriced and not worth it.
