I've been buying incense from Juniper Ridge for over a year, they have been great. But have notice a notable change in the quality of the sticks lately. The latest sticks are much thinner with less "meat" on them which means faster burn time and less aroma. They have been tougher to light as well. Hoping I just got a few bad batches and the quality will be back to normal on the next batch. If not will have to move to another provider.

It's been a few years since I bought anything from Juniper Ridge. I used to get their soaps and incense regularly. However, when the bars of soap and the diameter of the incense sticks started getting smaller, I could see the writing on the wall and stopped buying from them. Recently, I was feeling sentimental for the wonderful fragrances of incense they used to offer. When this packet arrived, it was remarkably small and the sticks were 1/3 their former diameter. The fragrance was still there, but it was over in a matter of minutes. Hardly a value at nearly $20 a box.

This is the best wood burning smell I’ve ever found. The smell of wood-burning brings back to the best times in my childhood around a campfire out camping and so on. It reminds me of growing up in the mountains. I was unfortunately forced to move to Florida about 10 years ago and have consistently missed that warm cozy feeling you get from cold night air and a campfire or a fireplace. It’s just damn hot here and that’s one of the things I miss most. These incense really take me back there. For years I looked for a candle that could mimic the smell and I could never find one. They always smell too floral. Then I thought what about if I just burn a piece of wood and did a Google search and found these incense. I love them! They smell amazing and they just smell like burning wood and I flippin love it. It makes me feel like it’s cold outside and it’s nice and cozy in here even though it’s still 85° outside at night ☠️ A lot of people are complaining about the price but for me I only keep it lit for about 10 seconds in the entire room smells amazing so they are a little pricey but you don’t need to keep it lit for that long so they last a really long time. I think I bought mine about 2 years or so ago and I’ve only used 3 sticks. If you love the smell of wood smoke, these are for you.

This brand of cedar, Douglas fir, pinyon pine, are the best scented American wood smoke scented sticks I've come across. Unfortunately, they are rather expensive, and they only last at best 15 minutes. Good for a quick burst of aroma to make the house smell like a ski lodge, but not a sustained aroma.

It didnt reall smell quite like pine it did have a pleasant scent. Im happy with the quality of product.

The scent was super light so it was hard to smell. If you like a lighter scent, this is a good product...just was not the right choice for me. I'll stick to my other incense sticks.

I have a highly sensitive nose AND asthma, so when I was picking out incense-- scent and low-smoke were both important to me. I was very pleased at the scent, at first I didn't even notice it-- but then as it stayed on it was very pleasant. I wouldn't call it juniper as it was very mild and almost floral. But, it definitely smelt earthy and natural, no nasty chemicals.There was enough smoke to bless my altar and space, but it didn't bother my lungs or was so smokey that I was concerned for my pets. The burn time was about 45 minutes, which I think is very fair.I wasn't pleased at the price for just 20 sticks, which I now realize isn't that much for $12. But, I really like that it's locally sourced and organic. It's much better than breathing in chemicals.All in all, I'm very pleased with this product.

First I wanted to say that I appreciate this company developing sustainable products. Deeply appreciate that. !!!!! The incense was not wrapped and sealed and I feel because of that it didn’t have a strong scent or maybe because it was older. It burned really fast. So because of all that I feel like the value wasn’t there.But I am enjoying the incense even with those deficiencies—- it’s way better than the artificial incense.

Didn’t smell like a campfire to me, not worth that price sorry .

The scent of this incense is really lovely, sweet and light and not cloying like too many. I use it in my therapy room for helping to cleanse the energy and because it smells wonderful! It's perfect for this because the ingredients are completely natural and harvested from the wild and therefore it is worth the price. I have no issues with the burning, burns very well. Excellent service from Carter and Bond.

Smells awesome, not like those cheap perfume ones. This one smells great just like a camp fire. They are really strong as well so jut one at a time will do it.
