It will do the job but it’s not a Morris tapper drill bit as advertised

I admit, I needed a 17/32" bit and wanted to get the job done while I was home so I ordered it because it would arrive in time. I cut the Morse Taper part off and chucked it up in a 1/2" drill and went to town, it still worked beautifully.
