It’s good for dry skin? I’m between NC 20/25 which one will be better light or medium?

I wear hazelnut foundation (could also use cream, lighter rather than darker). Which powder color should I use -- light or medium?

I bought and use a light powder but you can probably use the medium color especially with your hazelnut foundation.

does it contain titanium dioxide?

The ingredients are listed as [+/- May Contain]: which indicates that there are different quantities in the different shades. For example, the lighter color will have higher quantities of the titanium dioxide since it is a white powder (the same goes for the zinc oxide). All of our titanium dioxide is in non-nano form.
