Excellent ramen noodles with really good flavor. Not the ramen you want if you microwave it I don't think, stick to the cheap stuff, but if you are willing to do it properly on the stove, it is much better and worth the money. This has become my favorite instant ramen on the market over other brands like Shin, Buldak or Momofuku,

WARNING: Although labelled MILD, these are very spicy ... on a 1-5 Fireman's Hat label, I would give them at least a 3.5 or 4. These are NOT for your great aunt (or self) if some heat is not what you desire. The noodles are enjoyably gummy, but not al dente at all. The underlying powdered broth is tasty. Dehydrated "vegetables" are minimal. Still, an enjoyable bowl that I wouldn't turn down when hungry; just not a true Tonkatsu Ramen.
