Nobody Is Perfect
Look, anyone can make a defective product now and then. Nobody is perfect. I loved the look; it came on time etc. However, the plug in was not flush enough to allow full sound from both sides to come through the headphones. After trying all the troubleshooting the manufacturer had me do, it was clear it needed repairs. I returned it.
