Delivery takes time but we received the machine undamaged. When we tried to rinse the machine using tap water for the first run, it created a very loud sound and water did not come out of the device. So we contacted the shop to return it. Later on machine worked with coffee. However there are some things you need to know about this particular model: We don't think the machine applies appropriate pressure to extract coffee. If you use fine coffee powder that you would normally use for a more advanced machine, porta filters got clogged and it does not smoothly extracts the coffee. Performance of the pressure and porta filter combination is not very good but this is a low model with a reasonable price. You should not use finely ground coffee, make sure the coffee granules are larger than normal if you want smooth extraction. Machine is not very good at extracting the crema of the coffee either. But again this is a cheap model. So overall, I think the price/quality ratio is good for the product, you can certainly enjoy drinking your cappuccino at home.

I received a faulty machine and Cart2Globe did not replace it in India. They also do not give a warranty card, which is required to repair the machine in India. I wasted INR 25,000 on it and there was no accountability from the seller. Buy it at your own risk in India, at least. Really disappointed.

This product is sold on Amazon UK but is the US version. It has a US plug and does not work on UK voltage. Wasn't even able to use the machine.

Excelente producto. Es económico y prepara espressos magníficos si utilizas los accesorios adecuados. Los accesorios incluidos no permiten aprovechar todo el potencial de esta cafetera. Por ello, es recomendable adquirir una canasta no presurizada, preferentemente con su portafiltro, así como un puck screen para evitar que el café se adhiera a la regadera de la máquina. En Amazon puedes encontrar portafiltros y puck screens de la marca CAPFEI, que resultan muy adecuados para este modelo. También es recomendable contar con un tamper de buena calidad y una báscula de alta precisión, que aporta un gran plus al proceso. Es fundamental usar un café de excelente calidad, contar con un molino de buena reputación que te de molienda para espresso y realizar un tampeo adecuado. Tu espresso debe mantener una proporción 2:1; es decir, por cada 16 g de café, deberías obtener aproximadamente 32 g de extracción en alrededor de 30 segundos.
