The Samsonite Logo Fell off on the larger piece, we wondering where I can obtain a new Stick on Logo ? See where the 2 holes are is where the logo was Attached ?

Well, I’m not happy about the false advertising. It is a deep blue, not teal (no green whatsoever). I haven’t opened them or tried them out. On the positive side, the wrong color arrived the very next day! Revised: The company gave a discount to keep the navy/royal blue instead. Which I did, because returning large items = no fun.

We upgraded from standard rolling suitcases to these and they worked great. We were able to fit everything in great and the teal color is very pretty. We’re happy to have a different color than the standard black. I also like that there is two spots in each to put an AirTag. The only thing I don’t like is the zippers don’t seem super durable and zip a little hard, but they did hold up and didn’t come off track.

This luggage is dark teal, not as pictured. I’m keeping it because it’s beautiful but just not as shown

First I used the luggage, it arrived on the carrousel with the zipper open, broke, this is at a beginning of a trip with multiple transfers , planes, ship. I had to search for duck tape to secure my luggage. And it is the big piece and of course I am beyond the return date. I am going to be forced to buy another piece.
