Building it is key!
Although a lot of them leave me looking cakey, I love compact foundations. At first swipe, I didn’t think much about this one. It didn’t seem to match well (I’m light-medium, neutral) and it didn’t seem to cover anything. However, when I mixed the 2 colors, it was a better match & as I built up the product it covered better. Pretty soon the finish looked very nice. I wouldn’t say it’s full coverage, but that’s ok because complete coverage makes my neck & décolletage look like they belong to a different person, lol. I do like the texture & packaging of this foundation. It’s not the best but not the worst by far. I don’t feel like this stayed on for more than 5-6 hours, either. If you want that compact foundation coverage you get with Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish, it’s not that type of product (in my opinion).
