Five stars! These Propel water packets are a great way to stay hydrated and add flavor to plain water. They mix in quickly, taste refreshing, and aren’t overly sweet like some other drink mixes. I love how convenient they are to carry in a bag, purse, or gym bag for on-the-go use. They’ve become a daily favorite for workouts, busy days, or anytime I need a little extra hydration boost. Great product suggested by my doctor. Easy to mix and great tastes and worth the money. Take it to work, school or just to the park. With five calories and only 260mg of sodium. This is very low sodium an is great for someone watching their sodium intake. Would love to see more flavors in the future.

Love the price, taste, HYDRATION, and low sugar. Used to use Nuun tablets but have backed off of them a bit because I got tired of the fizziness and flavors I was buying, but those are good too if you’re looking for options for electrolytes (Nuun was also recommended by my doctor). I like how these packets don't have the fizziness that you get from an effervescent tablet. I also like all of the flavors I got in this variety pack.

As a Bariatric patient, it’s easy to dehydrate. Not only are the flavors really good. It does hydrate me. I can tell the difference between these and run of the mill drink packs.
