Gildan

I bought the Gildan Men's Assorted V-Neck T-Shirts Multipack in 2XL for ease of wearing because of an upcoming major shoulder surgery. I normally wear an XL in T-shirt sizes. This was a good choice with the v-neck and extra sizing which allowed me to wear/change with little difficulty following surgery. The shirt material is what I would call a comfortable medium weight and has held up well from multiple washings with slight shrinkage over 2 months time. All in all a great buy and a great product that got me through my immediate needs. I would highly recommend this product for anyone contemplating shoulder surgery and to buy one size larger than their normal size. Otherwise, pick your normal size. Edit Update: Did a hot wash & dry on the 2xl to see if could get to shrink closer to an xl. They did shrink some...more vertical than around, if that makes sense. They are still a little large for me. Will be good for knocking around outside in warmer weather.

Great fit and worth the money

Ordered the Medium size. The fabric is silky comfortable and wears beautifully. Good color options too. Especially nice is the cut of the arm holes that differ from many other tank-style tops. The arm holes are cut closer to the arm pit, such that they are not so large that your upper body sides are almost completely exposed. (Some may like that, I don't). Instead, there are a few inches of opening below the arm pits...just the right amount. Another nice feature is how the sleeveless shoulders extend to the outer edge of the shoulder, rather than, as with other tank-style tops, showing so much shoulder that the top looks like an sleeveless undershirt! I guess true tank tops look like that, and these (the ones being reviewed) are more like cut-off tops. So perfect are these tops that upon return from vacation where they were worn amost daily, an order was placed for a few more. These wash well in the normal wash cycle, and don't need ironing. Best to let them hang dry or dry on a flat surface, rather than in a dryer. The fabric dries rather quickly anyway.

Good quality and great for winter.

Happy with the shirts. Would have preferred the neck V to be deeper so it does show under button up shirts.
