This might have been the worst experience ever from an Amazon purchase. The product itself has the potential to be really cute, although the drawers are not so sturdy, but Esthetically I think it would be cute enough for what I need it to do. The price isn't cheap but the customer service is. Rude and very unprofessional, from 9/19 until next week for me to get a response. It's been almost a month since I've been battling with this company to do the right thing. It's extremely frustrating. Issues arise from the jump. Only one out of 2 boxes were delivered. After numerous conversations 2 week later the other box came, but the product arrived damaged. I call for a return they can't do that because they don't offer pick up services, it's wayyyyy to heavy for me to drop it off. They offered a $150.00 compensation which would have been fine if they we willing to also replace 2 of the 6 items that's very noticeably damaged. They weren't willing to do that. Ok no problem, I'm over it at this point, simply called Amazon and put a claim in for my full refund and I need them to send someone to pick this up. I'm done. Already looking for a new island, from a different company because AGOTENI SUCKS I'll give an update on the resolution of the claim next week Update: Amazon is the real deal! They processed my refund, I used it to get a new island. Thank you Amazon for putting a system in place to protect the buyers.
