I’ve been using this vibration plate a few times a week, and while I haven’t tracked visual progress yet, I feel a big difference — especially with bloating and digestion. It even helped with some mild constipation, which I wasn’t expecting at all. The resistance bands are a convenient bonus. I usually do light stretching, bodyweight moves, and then add the bands. Big and heavy, so moving it to different spaces in the house is not so easy. The cord is too short..you will need an extension cord to move it to a wider space. I wanted to give it multiple use around the house but it's not comfortable moving it. The item itself is very good in vibration and levels. You can get a good sweat workout

YES! I ordered this vibrating plate for fitness and exercise training and cannot stay away from it. I have now moved it under my desk to use while I'm sitting and working. I haven't yet applied workout exercises or used the tension bands because I've enjoyed using it non-stop while sitting at my desk! I'm experiencing an incredible renewed feeling of circulation in my legs, ankles and feet as if my circulatory and lymphatic system has been turbo charged. It has been a half hour since my last timed cycle and my legs are still tingling as if I had run three miles. My partner has been complaining about a slight but constant numbness in his foot for several weeks and used it earlier today and for the first time in weeks he said the numbness has disappeared. I don't yet know enough about the various types and models of vibration plates available but can certainly claim this machine has been excellent. With the wonderful feeling I am experiencing in my legs, my guess is that I will be using this machine a lot and that I will be sleeping well tonight. The machine is light enough to easily move so I intend to keep it under my desk until I'm ready to move it to my exercise area for a full workout.

Wow . This plate is amazing ! It works so great even on the regular starter level . It bloat circulation in the legs . My legs have slimmed down already and they feel lighter as well after incorporating this into my daily routine. My legs itched the first week (kinda like runners itch..if you know YOU KNOW) 😹 but the body adjusted quickly. The plate is huge too . I can sit on it completely & theres still space leftover . Only came with one band with the handle on it. Other than that it is nice.
