These 3 form of creatine blend is awesome. I definitely felt a bigger pump using this compared to other monohydrate creatine supplements. I have been using Creatine FX for 1 months now and noticed great results. Endurance has increased during the workout and recovery time has actually reduced. Also the muscle fullness has increased. I have a very low BF % so I definitely could tell the difference in no water retention. This is seriously by far the best creatine out there. Definitely worth it.

The first couple of weeks I gained weight. About 4 or 5 lbs and my body fat percent went up so it wasn't muscle mass. Now I'm dropping back down. So I guess the monohydrate caused me to bloat up. Not sure. I haven't noticed much gains in strength or size. I honestly won't spend this much for creatine again. Cheap hydrochloride does as good or better than anything else.
