Cuts through tiles like a hot knife on butter.
This tile hole saw worked like a charm. It cuts real clean on tiles. Nothing else can cut as clean on tiles than this tool bit except maybe a laser cutter but who can afford those tools.I'm sharing tips on how to use these tool bits.1. Cut a piece of plastic from an old cooking oil container, I like recycling stuff, make sure it's flat and approx same thickness as quarter coin and about 2 inches by 5 inches wide.2. Put the plastic that you just cut on top of a wood or cardboard then drill it with the tile hole saw that you want to use until it goes all the way through.3. Lay the plastic with the hole on top of the tile that you want to drill a hole, align it to the place where you want to drill and tape it so it won't move then use the same drill bit to drill the tile. You can use that piece of plastic as a template for a few drill bits that you commonly use and keep it with the bits.4. Drill using slow speed and pour or spray water while drilling to keep The bit from overheating, this will make the drill bit last longer.Happy userTony Arceo.

One tough set of diamond drill bits!
Just wanted to say how great these diamond tip drill bits work! One word - unbelievable! I use the various bit sizes to drill 'drain holes' in different size ceramic bowls and pottery vases I pick up from thrift stores. I then use the containers to make 'Mame' or 'Shinin' (small size Bonsai) If I find larger clay/ceramic pots the I will make a regular size Bonsai. So far I have drilled over 50 containers with no problems by following your instructions of adding cooling water and using a slower drill speed along with minimum pressure. These bits go thru pottery like a knife going thru warm butter!!!! Thanks much will order again when needed. Just did another 10 containers yesterday.

Drill bit failed during first time usage. (Added Addendum)
In the photo I attached you will see the failed drill bit and the rock I was drilling a hole into. The bit has the smallest diameter. You'll note the bit was working, I was adding water during it's use, and then it just collapsed. The failure seems to have occured at the point where there is a 'clean-out' slot on the side. I haven't used the other drill bits yet, so I can't attest to their strength. My recommendation, look for something stronger.Shortly after I wrote the above review the seller contacted me. I was offered either a replacement of the damaged drill bit, or a total refund. I chose the refund. Due to the quick response I'm changing my original rating of one star to three.

Great for one-time user.
Being the first time I've ever used this type of drill bit, I'll give it a median grade. But I must say, they seemed cheaply made... which is what should be expected for the price. They were a little hard to work with & once the drilling was done, it was a little difficult to empty the bit. That said, I would recommend it for someone (like me) who has only a one-time need.... not for regular use.

Did the job/ not sure of long-term use
Needed to drill some holes in porcelain tile. Used smallest size, drilled four holes in tile and four in grout - seemed to be dulling. However, worked much better than the hardened steel from the hardware store (made a dimple!) and there are about 9 other sizes I didn't use. The best "cheap" alternative - not sure how many holes you can get - but it does the job for small projects.

Works great. Have drilled wine bottles and jack Daniels bottles. Awesome bits!

Works great for stained glass.
I use these to make circular holes in stained glass. I use a drill press and a shallow tray with water in it. They work great. A bit of grinding touch up and smooth round holes in glass.

GREAT DRILL BITS FOR THE MONEY.
I used this product to drill holes to install a shower curtain rod in new porcelin tile. I used the 6 mm drill bit and it worked flawlessly. I followed the directions and drilled 4 perfect holes. I would recommend this product to a friend.
